3.Bidding Scope

3.1All contents included in the contract drawings and lists; including clean rooms, bulk gases, automatic control, pure waste water, fire protection, high voltage and low voltage engineering, etc.

3.2Contents and requirements included in package definition documents, specification confirmation forms and technical and construction specifications.

4.Bidder Qualification Requirements

The bidder should have the following qualifications and capabilities to undertake this project:

4.1 Qualification conditions: Level 2 professional contractor for building mechanical and electrical installation engineering. This project does not accept consortium bids.

4.2 Financial capability: Registered capital shall be no less than RMB 20 million.

4.3 Performance requirements: Have similar performance in semiconductor wafer and chip packaging engineering.

4.4 Quality requirements: The project quality must meet the national and Zhejiang provincial acceptance specifications and standards for general electromechanical, clean room and pure wastewater, and strong and weak current engineering, meet the requirements of the bidding document package definition, specification confirmation form, and technical and construction specifications, and meet the quality objectives of the general contractor of civil engineering.
